Troubleshooting

My tasks aren't syncing.

Check your internet connection. Cassiel syncs every few seconds when online. If you've been offline, changes will appear once connectivity returns.

I'm not getting notifications.

Make sure notifications are enabled for Cassiel in your device's Settings → Notifications. Also check that you've set a daily reminder time in the app.

The app is slow to respond to chat.

Chat involves an AI round-trip that typically takes 2–5 seconds. This is normal. If it consistently takes longer than 10 seconds, your network connection may be the bottleneck.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password" to reset via email.
